This is a generic Colt 1873 Single Action Army Peacemaker grip set, which can be ordered as a 1-piece kit with a spacer and two panels, or as a 2-piece screw mounted set if you send a tracing with the hole location marked.

It is the same basic grip as the Ruger 130g, actually, and fits a number of copies and clones of the famous Colt. Hawes, Hy Hunter, Uberti, Beretta, and Pietta all make guns that may be able to use this grip. BUT the only way to tell for sure is to (a) compare the measurements below to your gun, or (b) send a pencil tracing of your grip frame or existing grips.
