This is a slotted, fillister head screw with 5-40 threads, in 1-1/2 inch length. It is too long for most handgun grip frames, but can be cut off to make shorter lengths. Most small handguns seem to require 7/8 inch screws, and most single actions use between 1 inch and 1-1/4 inch screws depending on grip thickness. But a few very thick grips may actually require 1-3/8 to 1-1/2 inch screws.
