The adjustable palm rest Ruger MK II and Mk III Target grips do not fit any of the Ruger 22/45 models. They are for the Competition Target and government models. To use with a Mark III, you need to sand or file a small notch for the magazine release button, in the front left panel. The backs of these grips will need some sanding and routing with a Moto Tool to create the relief at the top and bottom of the left hand grip. This is usually not more than a 10 minute job. The grips are attached with your existing screws; screws are not sent with the grips except for the palm rest screws. Completely finished grips of this type usually would sell for $140 or more. By doing some of the fitting and sanding, you will save more than half the cost.
