This is a fillister head, stainless steel slotted head 5-40 thread screw, with a length of 1.375 inches (1-3/8). It is a good choice for fitting most standard size revolvers, allowing sufficient length for very thick grips. It can be trimmed back to fit almost any grip and frame width.

When the 1-inch screw is too short, this one will give you another 3/8 inch of adjustment room. Bear in mind that this is the screw only, not the ferrule and press fit nut with screw. If you need that, order the No.5 kit instead.
