This grip is the same size as the 121e Herter Smooth PowerMag but is made in the staghorn style. You can get the grip with or without srews and screw holes in case you may wish to fit it to some other gun with a 1-piece mounting style. Not many guns have exactly this shape of grip, but you can probably fit it to certain open top 1860 Army clones with a lot of sanding!
