This is a smooth set of grips designed to fit the C22 CP Cobra/Davis Derringer in 22 LR or 22 Mag. The grips are available with or without screw holes, so you could use them for different model guns if they fit (screw hole for the normal Davis small frame model is offset toward the rear edge). The screws sent with the grip are two 1/4-inch long slotted pan head 4-40 thread.

This particular model is made to just slightly different dimensions than the 24a model, so compare your gun or existing grips and order the one that will fit best. Best is to send a grip tracing, if your grips fit properly, and mark the screw hole location. Be certain to compare dimensions and shape, and if you don't send a tracing, remember that the screw hole typically is located 0.96 inches from the "point" at the grip bottom, toward the rear edge. It is not normally centered on the grip as with some other Cobra/Davis models (usually larger ones).

This grip is great for pearl and translucent effects, being smooth finished so it shows off the depth and patterns better than the dimpled factory finish.

Here is an idea of the dimensions, which are not easy to measure as there is only one actual "corner" to reference (the point at bottom):

The bottom point is our reference, marked as small "b" in the diagram. From a to b is 1.78 inches.
From small a, measure 0.8 inches across to the front edge and use this as a reference point c.
From reference point c, determined above, the distance to b is 1.18 inches.
If you swing an arc with b as the point of origin, a radius of 0.96 inches will cross the center of the screw hole.

As indicated, you can order this grip with or without screw holes. Two separate screws secure each grip panel to the gun.
